FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What Ethnicity is Santa?
Just like our beautiful community - representation is in the House! Visiting from the North Pole is none other than BOTH White Santa ... AND .... Black Santa!
We thank, James Alberson (1st year as Black Santa) & Ty Frederick (same White Santa with real-beard, as last year)!
2. Do I need more than one ticket/time slot for each kid? Or different family arrangements?
No - one (1) ticket will be adequate per family, per Santa. Each time slot is 15 minutes and we plan for three different groups/ticket every few minutes. Even if you want multiple pictures, with say just Grandma/Grandpa, or different kids with Santa, you should be perfectly set with just one (1) ticket reservation for your family.
3. How do I receive my photo(s)?
All photos will be electronically available and ready for all your holiday card needs and personal use by email/text - your choice! If you need a print-out, you can request free options from Jawea.
4. How do I enter in for the Raffle?
All who come for Santa Photos can enter a chance to win our Fun Raffle Prize!
5. If I don't have a reservation - what happens if the line is very long?
Come ASAP - we'll get your photos with Santa ASAP. If there is a line, you will need to wait, as it is first come first serve. If the line is long, you can take a # and go enjoy, order and sit at a table, and/or wait on the covered patio until it's your turn with Santa! Photos should go quick!
6. If i miss my time-slot, what happens?
Come as soon as you can - we'll be sure to get your photos with Santa, but if there is a line, you will need to wait, as it is first come first serve, unless reserved time slot is made.
7. Can I come in to enjoy coffee and food before and/or after my photo time slot
YES - of course! The Filling Station will have regular operating hours - please bring family and friends to enjoy community. If you received a BOGO coupon for the event, be sure to bring it!
