1. Do I need a Y membership?
No, everyone in the community is welcome, just register for class & bring friends.
2. For the Free Childcare - do I need to be a YMCA member?
No membership needed. Everyone is Welcome, just Register and IF not a member, reach out so we can secure a kid's childcare spot, in advance - contact Jawea
3. What if I have bad credit, poor work history, low income and/or little money saved?
We are here to help educate you and guide you along your home buying journey. This class is just the beginning of your legacy. We are here to help you explore options, create short- and long-term goals, use budgeting tools, and create your path to home ownership.
4. I am ready to buy, who should I talk to first?
We will cover the Steps to buying so you are equipped with knowledge and confidence to make moves! ...but Jawea, of course!
5. I've owned for many years - what's changed?
Everything changes! New laws, new zoning, new tools, new safety measures, new ERA! We are here to cover what is current and reacquaint you to the current real estate market trends and mortgage options, so you are empowered to make educated choices!
6. I really want to attend, but I can't make it at this time/in person- what options do I have?
